Cancellation & Refund Policy – Everhope

We understand that treatment plans may change suddenly, and we aim to be fair and transparent with cancellations and refunds.

When Refunds are Possible

  • Medical reasons:
If your doctor changes the treatment plan, or if you are found unfit for therapy on the day of treatment or if the patient decides to discontinue the treatment after consulting another oncologist, refunds will be issued for sessions not availed.
  • Operational reasons:
If Everhope is unable to provide the service due to equipment, staff, or medicine unavailability, or if we delay/cancel your appointment beyond 48 hours.
  • Insurance/financial reasons:
If your insurance approval is denied before treatment starts, or in case of duplicate/erroneous charges.
  • Advance bookings:
    • Cancel 24–48 hours before the appointment → full refund.
    • Cancel within 2–24 hours → partial refund after deducting processing charges.
    • Cancel within 2 hours → minimal or no refund.

When Refunds are Not Possible

  • Once medicines are dispensed (oncology drugs are ordered individually and cannot be returned).
  • After a consultation/service is completed.
  • For diagnostic tests after samples are collected.
  • For personalized nutrition, rehab, or supplement packages once started.

Special Situations

In rare cases (e.g., sudden emergencies, bereavement), refunds may be given on compassionate grounds with special approval.

How Refunds Work

  • Requests can be made before the service is delivered (except in non-refundable cases).
  • Refunds are processed in 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds are always credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
  • No cash refunds.
